At Zqood (accessible at https://zqood.com), we are committed to protecting the privacy of grassroots sports coaches, academy managers, and players. We operate on a zero-custody model: we do not hold user funds, nor do we sell or monetize personal player data.

2. Information We Collect

• Manager Account Information: When signing in with Google or Phone+PIN, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifier provided by Google OAuth.
• Squad Roster Information: Player display names, registered mobile numbers for matchday RSVP anti-impersonation, and internal squad groupings.
• Matchday Attendance & Ledger Logs: Attendance check-ins (present/absent) and balance passbook transaction logs for settlement accounting.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is strictly utilized to:

• Facilitate pickup game scheduling and WhatsApp RSVP invitations.
• Verify player identity to prevent unauthorized voting and financial disputes.
• Compute matchday cost splits and maintain club passbook ledgers.

4. 180-Day Automated Data Retention

Zqood adheres to strict data minimization. All payment audit logs, accepted/denied RSVP records, and past session attendance trails are automatically purged after 180 days (6 months).

5. Zero-Custody UPI Settlements

Zqood does not process banking credentials or hold credit cards. All payments are peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers directly between players and the squad manager via UPI QR protocols.
