2. Description of Service

Zqood is a sports squad operating system providing match scheduling, attendance tracking, squad splitters, and peer-to-peer ledger accounting for grassroots teams.

3. Zero-Custody & Financial Liability

Zqood is purely an accounting and bookkeeping tool. Zqood does not hold player deposits, intermediate bank accounts, or execute financial custody. All settlement transactions are conducted directly via users standard UPI applications.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Integrity

Users agree not to utilize Zqood for spam registrations, unauthorized data scraping, impersonating other players during RSVPs, or fraudulent financial reporting.
